Operation Baby Supplies

I'm always asked, "Where's the best deal on diapers?" and I really don't pay that much attention to the baby deals (our baby is almost 3), but that has all changed folks!  For now, anyway.  My cousin and sister are both planning pregnancies and I've decided that I will coupon baby supplies and put gift baskets or diaper cakes together.  I plan on keeping track of the retail value and what I pay out of pocket, I think everyone will be shocked, and hopefully inspired!  I have several months to work on this project, so I won't need to run out and grab every baby deal, but I definitely plan to pay much more attention to them and keep you posted on the best   deals around!
