Here is a previews of next week's deals at Walgreen's.  The match ups are posted every Thursday night for the following week on www.southernsavers.com.  There are times when the coupons they list don't match up, or a specific deal is regional and not in our area.  I try to prepare as best as possible, but always keep in mind there could be adjustments along the way.  

Walgreen's can be tricky for a beginner, but once you learn the ropes, it's easy to score great deals.  Here's a great article from www.thekrazycouponlady.com to learn the basics.  It is important that you have some understanding, since it is a little more complicated than the other drug stores.

So it's like getting both for $1.98 + tax!  By the way, you always pay tax on the full amount before coupons!  You will be going back to Walgreen's next week to coupon again, and at this time you will use both of these rewards instead of cash.  It's a cycle, and eventually you won't be spending much money OOP (out of pocket),  you will roll your rewards from week to week.
